can i request a custom order of my pet?
yes! my books are finally open again. existing clients are always notified first via my newsletter so be sure to sign up to stay in the know.
what is your processing & shipping time?
in-stock orders in my studio will be mailed out wednesdays and fridays the week of purchase. if you ordered a print, pin or other piece that is not in stock, it must be shipped from my printer/manufacturer to the studio for inspection and signing and can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on my printer's turn around time.
can i order a print larger than what is offered?
if you're interested in a larger size, please email me and i will be more than happy to work with you.
what kind of paper are prints printed on?
can i order a print smaller than what is offered?
i’m happy to finally offer gorgeous archival grade 340gsm watercolor paper. this cold press watercolor paper has gorgeous texture and is acid-free; it replicates traditional watercolor artist papers making it stunning. and all prints are produced here in the U.S.A.
no, the smallest size i offer is 8x10".
can i have an order shipped directly to a friend as a gift?
yes! be sure to include your friend's shipping address when purchasing.
i'm local, can i pick up my order?
it's so great to hear from another Atlantan! #chooseATL however, at this time i’m unable to host clients in my studio (imagine a micro space!) the goal one day to make this a reality though.
is it possible to buy a digital file of a design to print at home or for a small project?
even with the promise that it will not be shared out, in today's digital age, i cannot provide you with my files. they're critical to my business and how i make my prints.
can i order a canvas instead of a print?
definitely! please contact me with a link of the piece you’d like as a canvas and we can discuss pricing and other details at that time.
custom pet portraits are now available as canvases with three framing options.
