after long weekends, or long holiday nights… *cough cough, Cinco de Mayo*, i don’t want to wake up early to wash and dry my hair, so I love throwing on Jas’s old Red Sox cap (similar here) with my outfit.
okay, so don’t judge me for being a Southern girl wearing a Sox cap; deep at heart, I am an Atlanta Braves girl. but girls, we all have that item that our guy loves when we wear it and that beat up cap is his kryptonite. so not only does it function and look good, but his compliments make me feel even more confident to take on the day.
so in light of me wearing the cap right now, i thought I would put together my ideas for two ways to wear your favorite cap!
relaxed jeans, a t-shirt and a cap are my go-too look for the weekend. these ripped jeans from Zara have an almost 90s feel and adding a military jacket makes this perfect for the spring weather. i always prefer being barefoot, but that's obviously not an option when leaving the house, these Michael Kors heels are perfect! finish the look off with a simple watch. i could live in this look every day.
i often forget how chic a ball cap can look with a dress too. here's how i would pair it with a little white dress.
